For 25 years, the driving rhythm of rock and roll defined my life, from drumming and managing to releasing music, experiencing both the exhilarating highs of creativity and the devastating lows of addiction's insidious creep. Witnessing first-hand how an unhealthy lifestyle can unravel lives, I eventually discovered a new beat: the steady pulse of physical exertion. I have now transformed my own physical fitness in my 40s and have helped many others do the same.
SO, WHY TRAIN WITH ME?
- You have lived an unhealthy lifestyle for too long, you realise this can be a life or death matter and you need more energy for children, work and to enjoy the freedom that is coming in later life
- You feel brittle and lack mobility, strength and endurance and realise if you don't do something now, you will suffer immensely as you get older
- You like the idea that we can mainly use your own body weight for exercising and will focus on improving strength, endurance and mobility.
- You need help with your nutrition and how to lose weight as quickly and as safely as possible
- You have struggled with various addictions, including food and need some help and support as well as realising the huge negative impact addictions are having on your over all health and wellbeing.
- You need the flexibility of either training in the gym or having me come to visit you in your home or a local park when the weather is nice.

"I worked in the music industry for 25 years, firstly as a drummer and then as a band manager and running record labels. I come to the fitness industry with a wealth of life knowledge and experience. I have met all the famous people, seen all the rock n roll and travelled the world many times over. I have had a deep interest in mental health for a long time and write a book about it. It is my belief that exercise is the bedrock of living your best life and a key to Mental Health. After working on my own fitness and physical health for sometime and I am here to help impart the knowledge I have found through my own fitness journey and my studies to become a Personal Trainer."
