For 25 years, the driving rhythm of rock and roll defined my life, from drumming and managing to releasing music, experiencing both the exhilarating highs of creativity and the devastating lows of addiction's insidious creep. Witnessing first-hand how an unhealthy lifestyle can unravel lives, I eventually discovered a new beat: the steady pulse of physical exertion. I have now transformed my own physical fitness in my 40s and have helped many others do the same.

I also love to train Artists and Music Industry professionals as I spent so long in that realm I can really understand all the pressures that exist in your world. I have experienced 1st hand, the rigours of Artist touring from my 2 decades as both an Artist and Manager. So, I can help craft a body weight, nutrition and wellbeing programme that helps keep you feeling energised, fit and strong on the road and we can meet online to regularly advise you on training and nutrition and help plan for a healthier you!

"I worked in the music industry for 25 years, firstly as a drummer and then as a band manager and running record labels. I come to the fitness industry with a wealth of life knowledge and experience. I have met all the famous people, seen all the rock n roll and travelled the world many times over. I have had a deep interest in mental health for a long time and write a book about it. It is my belief that exercise is the bedrock of living your best life and a key to Mental Health. After working on my own fitness and physical health for sometime and I am here to help impart the knowledge I have found through my own fitness journey and my studies to become a Personal Trainer."
